Web Google Earth - National Weather Mashup
To satisfy our curiosity and our interest in data collection, we developed a system where data observations from every weather station across the country was collected every few hours. The automatic process would upload the data to our website. The data would then be converted to Google Earth KML format and streamed through the Google Earth Plugin.

Using the same framework as the Weather Google Earth system, we processed every vistor to our website in the past year using website logs and looked them up via a GEO-IP database. The data is converted to Google Earth KML and uploaded to our website.
